Bringing digital marketing to a small medical practice is paving the way toward bringing in new patients.

Challenge:

A small medical practice was seeing new patient trends flatline. With an outdated and neglected website and untapped marketing opportunities, they knew the needed help to bring new patients in the door.

Approach

Phase 1: Take over management of the neglected Wordpress website. Update outdated plugins and php libraries, clean up site navigation, and optimize HERO banners for conversions. Set up new GA4 property and Google Search Console tracking for visibility into website activity and metrics. Claim and optimize the Google Business listing to enhance search results for branded queries. Launch geofencing campaign targeting nearby hotspots with display ads. Launch Google Ads with radial targeting for consumers looking for doctors, mental health, and physical therapy appointments. Launch Facebook/Meta advertising campaign to build awareness in the community while driving in additional website visitors.

Small businesses can benefit greatly by creating even a basic digital presence.

Phase 2: Rebuild the FCCQ website in a more modern Wordpress theme using new page templates providing a stronger user experience, particularly on mobile devices where the vast majority of traffic originates. Created new content for the entire site, while leveraging an SEO strategy targeting keyword themes where the medical practice areas of expertise intersects with patient demand. Lastly, all new imagery was created to bring the new website to life.

Results:

  1. Over 1.3 Million impressions generated in 10 weeks by geofencing campaign
  2. Cots per conversion via Google Ads is 25% below industry averages
  3. Reporting provided to start tracking website activity and establish benchmarks
  4. A new more modern website was created and pushed live while adhering to a 5 week timeline
